Hey guys,

This is my first post here at MFP.

I have always been obese going between 325lbs to 285lbs over a time span of 3 years.
So I have been engaged for over a year, but was taking my diet really lightly. When I hit 300lbs on November 6th again, it was really upsettin. But this time with the wedding so close I wanted do something substantial about it.
So here I am 3 months later and 63lbs lighter. The goal was to reach 200lbs but I will put that on hold till after my honeymoon ;)

Shout out to @trmulder‌ and @brideofsuperman‌. Even though we never interacted, their 'likes' everyday were a huge motivation.

    I want to lose for my wedding too, I would hate to look at pics and not like what I see. In three months ? Great job! Any tips you would like to share?

    Wow. I had no idea that my 'likes' were such an encouragement. You my friend are AWESOME. Keep up the great work and I promise to keep up with the the likes and probably even a comment or two. By the way I'm just about at the same weight loss pace. 64 down over about 4 months. You rock. Let's keep at this to the end.
