Refuse to be a beach whale

Need to loose weight for my holiday, it's so hard to have a balanced healthy diet working 12 hrs a day 5 days a week, only grabbing a 5min break here and there .... Any tips?

    I like whales, they're actually really great fat creatures.

    Serious tip though, can you be active in any way when you're working? A couple free weights? Some squats every half hour?

    Well, what are you exactly eating? If you don't have time for exercise than at least cut out what your eating and avoiding the American way of "snacking" (aka grabbing a soda or bag of hot Cheetos out of the vending machine)

    Where do you live? Have you tried bicycling or walking to your job? Although, depending on the climate it may be impractical.

    I find that prepping my food ahead of time (Sunday or Monday night) saves me. If I go through the work week without my snacks or lunches I'm lost and heading straight to the taqueria for a burrito!
