So is that day going to get in the way of your diet? When you receive those chocolate's and a dinner date?

No? Why would it? It's just like any other day. People over obsess about "holidays" and that's where things go wrong.

Want to eat more? Want to have extra calories to eat on those days?
WORK OUT HARDER BEFOREHAND, so you have a reason to overfeed your body.

A little tummyache won't kill you, just relax and let it pass.

Enjoy yourself and live your life.

I'm working, so probably fasting. But one day of splurging won't set you back that much. Unless you are very low carb dieting, then it might knock you out of ketosis for a few days

Just another day. It will have no impact unless the card is edible.

Kinda, won't be going out so I'm getting a meal cooked for me of all my faves at home and I can't be rude of course ;)

I asked my BF not to get me any chocolates, I'm too weak to have them around the house. Looking forward to a tough workout Saturday morning so I can relax and enjoy our dinner date!

We are planning to be very active that day/evening so I'm not too concerned about a few extra calories for dinner ;)

Lol. For me someone always gets me something. But I'm pretty good about resisting over indulging. So I'm not too worried about it.

I think my boyfriend is cooking, and he generally keeps it pretty healthy. I DO plan on having hangover donuts the next day, though.
