im going on an anti-diet diet. Ha! I'm so sick of yo-yo dieting and always beating myself up. I'm going to focus on eating healthier one day at a time. If I mess up, I mess up. If I don't I'll find another way to celebrate besides food. I am going to stick within the 1500-2000 calorie range and commit to being active 3-5x/week.

Hi Kristi
I must say I agree and love your approach. I am a victim of the same diet trap and I have also decided enough is enough. No more dieting for me, I prefer to view this as starting to make healthier life choices.
