Exercise..HELP

My problem area is my hips and belly...Im 138.6 lbs and 5 foot tall...thats where I want to lose and tone. Any one else have this problem and what type of exercises are you doing? Plz give me ur in-put...thanks

    Im 5' 3' and all my weight goes to the middle making me look like a little pudding. Basically: YOU HAVE TO LOSE WEIGHT – whatever way!! Then you will see that section disappearing. Fat covers muscle, so you won't see a six pack happening until you get rid of the Sara Lee pack. Find exercises that you like and do them... I mix up between workout DVDs, swimming, walking, yoga. Do anything: BUT YOU GOTTA MOVE – and also eat healthy and not so much as you did before. Good luck honey and stick with it – it feels fabulous when all the jiggly stuff falls off and reveals the true you – all beautiful 5' of you :)
