Workout Ideas??

I've been getting bored with my workouts, so does anyone know any fun workout ideas? Or any youtube videos and such that work well and aren't too hard for beginners? anything helps!!

  • What have you been doing? Or what do you like to do? I really mostly do beachbody workouts (right now is insanity max 30) and I run on the treadmill. I don't know of any specific YouTube videos, but I have seen pinterest challenges that may be helpful.

    Go to FitnessBlender on YouTube. They have so many different types of workouts: low-impact, stretching, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, cardio, strength, kickboxing, abs, and more for every fitness level. Their difficulty ranges on a scale of 1-5. I find their kickboxing workouts to be enjoyable.

    Fitness Blender Awesome site, over 400 free workout videos for all abilities. Handy dandy search feature to narrow down what you're looking for, search by difficulty, target body area, type of equipment (or no equipment), length of workout, etc, etc. Good stuff - been using their site exclusively for over a year, still not bored. :smile:

    I started losing weight ~5 months ago and I use FB for 95% of my workouts. I owe Kelli and Daniel a lot.
