If I add more workouts, will it harm me?

I've been doing Insanity, running, weighted hula hoop, and bo staff training. Ive also been very spot on with my calorie intake too. However, I have really bad ADHD, and in the evenings I get way too energetic that my body actually hurts if I don't move. If I add in another Insanity workout in the evenings to tire myself out, will that take away what I've been working towards? I've been wondering since I'm not losing weight at all, but I can tell I'm losing inches and defining my muscles. I don't want to mess up anything.

I don't think anyone can answer that for you. But I do know of one perfect way to find out.

I went ahead and did it, and it seems to have helped. I was able to sit through an entire movie and only had to get up twice. I just added In Some chocolate milk to balance out calorie loss.

cardio, plus cardio, plus cardio training. Can I do another cardio session?

    That is what I read.

I'd include SOME resistance training to even all that out.

Swimming is a great evening workout. It'll wear you out and calm you down, due to the regular breathing. If you're more moderate about it, it can help with recovery.

I actually think you should ask your doctor about so much cardio, though - very vigorous exercise can increase dopamine levels, not sure how that would work with your ADHD, esp if you're taking meds.
