Gluten free?

I'm new at this program and I am also on the gluten free diet, so I wanted to see if there were other people out there also going gluten free and see how they lost weight. Thank you and hope you guys have a good day!

    I'm not sticking so much to gluten free, but wheat free so most of my meals are gluten free anyways. I'm also lactose free too. My diary is open if you want to have a peak and so far I've lost just over 4 kgs (8.8 lbs) so I must be doing something right ;)

    If you're just starting out gluten free beware of the alternatives and baked gluten free products. They may be okay on your tummy and some even taste amazing- but a lot have really high calories so it's easy to have them get away from you. I personally find it safer to just avoid the alternatives unless there is something I really want and then carefully plan it into my day.
