i started insanity today and morning breakfest weight loss recepies and im also new too my fitnesspal

Hi I'm new here too. I eat a egg fried in 1tsp olive oil on 2 slices wheat toast with one slice cheese.. Just about 300calories and it keeps me going til lunch time... Sometimes I add diced bell pepper or onion to my egg to change it up.0

I've been using this on and off but this is the first time I've actually wanted to stick to the plan. I've reached my weekly goal of losing 2 lb in a week. Woooo! I have a bowl of porridge every morning for breakfast with a teaspoon of honey. That keeps me full till lunch time0
