I take a HIIT class 2-3 times a week. How do I properly log that? I see where you can add an exercise but am not sure how to do that & really just want it to be accurate. Thanks!!!

I think it might be close to circuit training0

Suggest "circuit training".
Highly unlikely to be accurate but a reasonable "guesstimate".
How long is the duration of your HIIT class by the way?
PS - before someone suggests a heart rate monitor, no - that would be inaccurate!0 -
Hi! I guess you can just clock the time you spend in each class and at what bpm is your heart more or less working. Lets say 20 minutes at 160 Bpm. Then you can look for an activity listed with that heart rate and copy the amount of calories used by it (running fast could work). At the end this is just an stimation, but it will be a good one. At a herat rate of between 140-160-180 bpm you are using 800-1000-1200 calories per hour more or less.

I kind of thought it would be like circuit training. It's an hour long class, ending with core. I do have a heart rate monitor, so there is really no point in having one? Just curious.
Thanks everyone for your input!!!0 -

Not as a method of estimating calorie expenditure for what you describe
