I'm a young Mum of 3 in the UK. Finding it difficult to stay motivated. The problem is when im hungry , the children are priority to be fed etc, so my hunger passes by the time I get 5 minutes to actually eat! Anyone in the same scenario??

10 years ago I weighed 16st 9lbs within 2 years I weighed 9st 7lb
I've managed to keep my weight off & loose after each pregnancy, but this time it's proving difficult!

I have 3 kids under 3. I have just started making my own separate meals while they are happily eating. I only do this for breakfast and lunch. (Dinner we eat as a family.) Anyway, have your meals planned and stick to them. Make sure you eat even if it is cold by the time you get to it. :) I have found that I am eating more now but way less calories because I eat before I get hungry.
I know the kids come first but they need a happy healthy mom, you need to make yourself a priority. I used to feel moody I think because of sugar offsets and kind of foggy and no energy.
I feel great now, I didn't realize how much a good diet and exercise can make a person feel. Good luck mama!
