    CW = 143.
    GW = a solid 128

    I'm maintaining on 2300ish (gross - probably 2000 net five days out of seven), plan to cut to 2000 or 1800 if that doesn't work.

    Totally depends on your own body and goals. It's not the same science for everyone...evaluate and adjust calories and activities as needed to meet your personal goals.

    My calories are set at 1800 and I typically eat around 2500. Working down to 1800 has been difficult for me. My portion sizes are definitely my biggest issue.

    Lately I've been under 1000 calories a day, but i'm on medication that curves my appeteit. my BMR is 1580, plus i burn anywhere between 300-400 calories 5 days a week, all the same i really wouldn't go over 1200. I eat very healthy and i'm never hungry, i drink a lot of water, so irrelevant to the amount of calores it works for me, as long as your consuming under you BMR you'll see results. I Just started thursday also.

    My goal is set to 1425 but I also enter and eat back 50% of my exercise calories, averaging 1600ish. I am 53. If you are younger than me you may want to go higher.

    I am eating 1440 a day and I am doing weight lifting as well so I haven't noticed a big difference on the scale but I've lost about 3 inches total so far and I've been traking for a little over a month! hope this helps!

    I have my calories set to 1460 currently and I usually eat back most of my exercise calories (500-700 a day).

    I've been tweaking my goals to try and get something I can realistically maintain since I like to eat, but can lose weight on.

    I maintained at 135-137 for years eating ice cream everyday, but hormones and December over indulgence seem to have messed me up.

    Set at 1,400 but I aim for 1,200 (going over my goal is demoralizing so I just set it higher to instead be happy if I can eat under it). I don’t eat back more than half of exercise calories.

    Every now and again I’ll eat at maintenance for a day, in case of a special event or just wanting to indulge. I don’t worry about it too much.

    My goal weight is not very strict now that I'm more concerned with losing fat and not weight in general. My calories are set at 1400 yet I stay somewhere around 1200. Again calories are just a small guide I can stay under or go over slightly as long as I hit my macronutrients for the day I'm happy. Also say I burn 500 calories at the gym I don't try to eat them back if I met my macros for the day.

    I've been eating 1200, but I'm switching to intermittent fasting today, and doing 500/1500 every other day. I do IF off and on, it's more effective for me, but sometimes 500 calories just isn't enough so I switch back to 1200.
