Hi guys!
I'm just starting. I'm a freshman in college trying not to get those "freshman 15". I'm also a cheerleader so very active! Need help with good food ideas and options in college!

  • Hey there! Also in college and was able to fortunately dodge the dreaded freshman 15 haha. Any way, are you on a meal plan through the college? Dorm life I'm assuming ?

  • Haha Yeahh me either! I haven't gained any weight but I also haven't lost any..so I wanna change that:) and yes I have the meal plan
  • Okay, well that's good to hear! First off everything is going to boil down to your caloric intake. As long as you are consuming below your caloric maintence you should lose weight. Depeding on your goals, which I'm assuming you want to keep muscle while losing fat because you are in cheer, you would want to consume between 500-250 calories below maintence. If keeping mucle is not a concern for you then you could be more aggressive in terms of your deficit. If you have any further questions about macro percentages or anything else just message me ! :) hope this helps

    Keep your muscle.
    It's important.
