My weakness is eating after 8 p.m.I do great during the day.what can I do .

    I brush my teeth! It literally stops all my cravings. Or I drink tea ;)

    Are you eating lots of salty foods? I crave salty or sweet foods at night unfortunately but the trick is if you HAVE to eat in the middle of the night, try getting in the habit of eating a negative calorie food (I.e., celery). ;)

    If you have the calories left in your day and eating late doesn't affect your sleeping patterns, then it's okay to save some calories for a late night snack.

    Other than that, I'm a big fan of decaffeinated teas at night (rooibos red is my fav). Zero calories and it satisfies that hand-to-mouth habit if I'm not hungry and just eating out of habit/boredom.
