Every night I have a Fiber One Double Chocolate Brownie and to make it extra sweet I normally spread a small layer of nutella on it. Yum! Salty snack would still be trail mix...but you have to watch those portions. Protein snack...normally turkey and cheese roll-ups.

Echo Falls Scottish smoked salmon, 100 calories, 6 fat, zero carbs - so so good.
  • Favorite bar/one that I eat the most: Quest double chocolate chunk
Favorite Salty Snack (if I want something really low calorie): Celery and honey mustard (weird but omg, I love it) If I don't care about calories: Stove-oil-popped popcorn with salt
Favorite Sweet: this is difficult because I love all sugary things

I'm a sucker for cereal. When I have leftover calories at the end of the day and I know I can fit it, I love to have a big bowl of cereal with unsweetened almond milk (30 cals per cup).

For salty, wasabi seaweed or BBQ pop chips / Special K chips

For sweet, a small piece of really good chocolate (esp. Chili chocolate !) or a sweet drink, like a latte

Beef jerky, protein muffins, oat & apple pancakes (I love that I can just pop them in the toaster), cottage cheese with cocoa and honey mixed in, Greek yogurt with jam or honey, toast and peanut butter (peanut butter and banana sandwiches, if I get fit it in my day), Clif builder bars. Pretzels.

ETA: Roasted chickpeas. I had completely forgotten about those. I need to make some again.
  • Plain Greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of protein powder or veggies with hummus :)

Chocolate gluten free rice cake with tsp peanut butter for sweet and something new I've been doing is: jalapeño flavored string cheese Kraft has a decent amount of protein for 70 cals.
