Meltdown!

yes I confess I had a small meltdown when my scales said I put in 2 pounds.

They now say I lost now, I shouldn't pay too much attention I know but I don't like waiting for things.

Other people have said they see I have lost a lot of weight but I still don't see it.

I am calm now just wanted people to know don't do what I did. Don't have a melt down when the scales say something you don't like for a week or 2.

:) My weight shifts all the time, by about 3 pounds. 3 up, 3 down, hovers at a median for a while. I like to weight often and then take an average. Then I don't freak out when I see the up a little bit, down a little bit.

I had a big running NSV the other day and tried a new workout last night. That's not two extra pounds on the scale, that's my body complaining about getting more fit.

Have other goals beyond the scale. It will keep you sane.
