would love the encouragement and support of serious my fitness pal participants! Also, any yummy green smoothie recipes would be awesome

    Not a real big smoothie fan, but you can friend me if you want! :)

    It just takes a decision to keep moving in the right direction - you can do it!!!

    HEY MAMA. I make a mad green smoothie every morning, and I post the recipe in my open diary every day. :) You should add me. I am the smoothie master. I swear!

    1 cup of baby spinach
    1/2 RIPEE banana
    1 tsp Amazing Grass® Green SuperFood®
    2 prunes
    1/2 c frozen strawberries or blueberries
    2 tablespoons FAGE 0% Greek Yogurt
    1/2 tsp bee pollen (Local)
    1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk (Almond Breeze)

    To add more variety you can:
    Use unsweetened coconut milk in the place of Almond milk
    Use dates instead of prunes
    Add 1 tbs raw unsalted peanut butter
    Use cocoa powder instead of bee pollen

    For the kiddos: add 1/2 c. extra baby greens and 1 tsp maple syrup or honey...

    I always have baby spinach, bananas, non-milk and yogurt on hand.. Everything else is flexible when it comes to smoothies....
