Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if there was any one that can give me some guidance on snacks i can eat which are really low in calories? I am following the dietchef food plan but i still want food to snack on besides fruit. Can any one recommend anything?
Thanks all.
Sophia

It tends to be the boring healthy stuff like fruit. Hard boiled eggs are good. I don't really know, I personally don't eat very healthy lol.0

Cheese stick
Almonds
mini sweet peppers w/ low fat cream cheese0 -
I like cheese sticks and different variety of nuts. Also cutting bell peppers into strips with some hummus as a dip is really good. I also like peanut butter on celery, which isn't that low calorie, but I like it!0

I'm not familiar with the dietchef plan, but i think Triscuits crackers are a great snack...maybe with some hummus if you like that.0

My two favorite snacks are:
(150 calories)
16 pistachios
1 stick low fat string cheese
1/3 cup grapes or strawberries, or 6 to 8 baby carrots
(250 calories)
1 cup greek non fat yogurt sweetened with 1 tbsp. agave & or stevia
1 small apple0 -
Cheese sticks, baby carrots/celery, any cut up veggie. Ants on a log (peanut butter and raisins on celery sticks) or find some low calorie muffin/ bread recipes.0

I like Greek yogurt, peanuts, and protein bars.0

Really low in calories? Raw veggies. A hard boiled egg is about 70, which is reasonably low. A pickle.0

Edamame!0

My favorites are protein bars, beef jerky, laughing cow cheese on low calorie bread/rice cakes, a couple squares of dark chocolate, greek yogurt with PB2.0
