hey im new again. Last time I was on here was eight months ago. And right back to where I started the first time. I'm beyond frustrated but keep messing up. I need a good coach/ accountability partner to help me lose 32 pounds. And keep me going.

Limit carbs to around 100 and sugars to as low as you can and you will lose weight by the fistfuls. I'm down 25 pounds of fat and 43 to 35 inch waist in the last year. I added 5 pounds of muscle.

I know no one can motivate me. I just need the push. I'm looking for a coach like partner to check in with me and to remind me what I'm fighting for.0
