Help getting back on track!

i'm new to this and have only been tracking for 3 weeks. I've only lost 6.6 pounds which is good but I thought I would have lost more in the beginning. Today was a stressful work day and I blew it. I know I need to put that behind me and get back on pace tomorrow. Any suggestions to help motivate me to get back on track?? Please help.

    You're still on track - one day will not make a difference in the long run.

    6.6 pounds in 3 weeks is great. Not everyone gets the easy 10 in the first two weeks.. I didn't. I lost 5 lb in the first 4 weeks, then almost nothing for 2 weeks, then settled into about 1lb/week.

    To deal with an off day, just do these 2 things:

    1. Log it... stay 100% honest about everything you log, even if you go on a binge. This will change your eating habits over time.

    2. Do better tomorrow.

    This is a journey. It's called that because there are a lot of steps and ups and downs. Just get back on track and make tomorrow a better day. Feel free to add me for some additional support!

    6.6 lbs in 3 weeks????! Congratulations!! Keep up the good work! Don't let one day discourage you-you have many more bad days to come- Keep moving forward!

    Don't sweat days you go over. Its good to actually treat yourself from time to time. Losing over 6 lbs in two weeks is fantastic and definitely something to be proud of! If you need a good friend to keep you motivated, feel free to add me. Goes for anyone on here by the way.
