My worst nightmare is happening. Right now.
So I've started water polo and I'll be playing basketball for 5 weeks in the summer... well now I've been eating way too much and I'm constantly thinking "this is OK. Ill get back in shape over the summer" (with the sports)
I HATE HATE HATE this way of thinking because it's only damaging me!
