Is there a way to set your weight goal as maintain on fitbit? I only see deficit goals.

    Fitbit recommends that you set your goals and log your food here and then import your steps from fitbit to add in earned calories. That's what I do.

    I couldn't see how to do that on Fitbit either...bumping for answer :)

    You need to do this on your computer not on the app
    Click on dashboard
    Click on the one that shows calories in va calories out
    Click on see more
    Scroll down to food plan
    Click on the arrow to the right on the food plan area to change the page till you get to plan summary
    Click on edit plan
    Change the weights to reflect that your desired weight and what you want to weigh is the same
    Then it will change and say you want to maintain weight
    Click on next till it works out the plan
