If you can elaborate as to what you like to eat or for which meal I can help.

My biggest meal prep tip is frozen, pre-diced onions! They make me happy. No more tears, no more chopping or stinky hands!

    I LOVE my crockpot!!!!

I also love my steamer. =)

Both make healthy meal prep a cinch. AND I've learned how to make my own yogurt using the crockpot -- so much cheaper, yummy, and then I control what is in it (i.e. no sugar)

I have started buying things that are pre cut at the grocery store (fruit, veggies) when they are running a good deal. I eat Greek yogurt, granola, and berries in a small mason jar every morning. I prepare them all at once on Sunday. I do the same with snacks and sometimes dinner ingredients.

broil several chicken breasts at a time in the oven to use as main meals, chopped in lunch salads or sliced in sandwiches for the week.
