Insomniac since I was a child, I basically survive on taking 40 winks whenever I can. Every time I go to bed - no matter how tired I am - I am always awake for at least 3 hours before I can begin to doze off. I wake up at the slightest disturbance too. Doctors are reluctant to give out sleeping pills because they're addictive. Nightmare!
