Hi everyone, I'm new to this, been tracking for five days now. Feeling really motivated.
My tummy's my problem area. Focusing on wheatgrain/wholewheat carbs, high protein (fish mainly) and cutting way down on cheese (very hard!). Loving my exercise bike and trying to walk lots more. As much as I love my job, been there for six months and going from being on my feet all day in a shop to at a desk has shown the strain!
