Easy, no cook, low carb breakfast ideas please help. Also would love a buddy on low carb

    If you're willing to drink your breakfast, I make a smoothie every morning.

    1 cup frozen berries
    1 medium banana (optional if wanting to cut more carbs)
    1 or 2 scoops protein (probably 1 for a woman, 2 for a man)
    3/4 cup almond milk
    3/4 cup water
    1 golden delicious apple
    1/2 avocado
    1 handful spinach
    1 handful kale

    blended, this makes about 32 oz. I drink half and take the other half to drink at work after I run at lunch.

    You could hard boil eggs on Sunday then have one each morning. Or do quiche types meals in cupcake tins. A glass of milk. It has carbs but a great balance. Also, a few slices of meat and cheese is always tasty.
