Hey. My name is Lauren. And I'm finally taking control over my weight. I am on a journey to lose 135 pounds! I have changed my eating habits and started putting more effort into my workouts. Any tips you guys may have is greatly appreciated!

    be calm cool and keep patience
    and say no to fast-food

    I just started my journey as well so I'm taking one day at a time determined to lose weight the Healthy way. I get encouraged by going online to Black People Lose Weight and tumbler before and after weight lose. I wish you the best of luck in your journey.
