I make a really good green smoothie. I blend it in a Nutri Bullet and works really well.
Small handful of spinach
3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
Teaspoon of chia seed..,,they don't taste at all
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
And water to mix....about I cup or more as needed

Oh I use whatevers in the fruit bowl, always use frozen spinach(still can't get use to kale yet) adding cucumber is nice, really makes it fresh. I usually add some nuts (walnuts or cashew) . I try to keep 50/50 so as not to have too much fruit sugars. I find it keeps me full and less likely to snack.

    Optimum Nutrition protein powder
    One cup almond milk
one cup mixed frozen berries from Costco

Good stuff for breakfast or after a workout.

My favorite smoothies are kale mixed with pineapple, mango and or papaya, and a little coconut water. Another favorite is kale mixed with blueberries and peaches and 1/2 of a banana for a little sweetness.

I use about 2-3 cups kale, and 1/2-1 cup each of fruit chopped up. I eat these smoothies pretty regularly and noticed my hair has been growing like a weed!
