Help! MFP has posted my weight for tomorrow and it's made me 5lbs heavier! What gives??

I lost 5 lbs today and when I checked MFP it had the weight loss registered today in my app but it also says I'm 5 lbs heavier tomorrow!! (Today is Feb 12) I'm posting a pic to clarify. It also didn't post my weight loss to Facebook like it usually does. What can be done to fix this?? Thanks!

You should be able to swipe left to delete it? I can on my phone.0

yeah. put your finger on tomorrow's log, swipe to the left, hit delete.0
