Hey everyone,
I'm 5 days into MFP and seem to be doing great with the food part of it but am lacking on the exercise part. Need beginner cardio exercises and ab/love handle exercises.
Does anyone have any good exercise plans that I could follow?

You can't spot reduce...
Just exercise...when you're doing resistance work, focus on full body movements rather than trying to isolate. Do cardio for your cardiovascular fitness. Watch your diet to burn fat.
Fat will come off from wherever...the mid section is generally primary fat stores for most people, so it's last to come off...no amount of crunches will speed up that process (and in fact may make your stomach protrude more)0 -
There are a lot of challenges that you can find on YouTube or even pintrest if you have one.0

The BeFiT 30 Day Fat Burn program on youtube is one of my favorites. https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PL1c41tQdiDhPkUERLFje9twkoHtPkWr1l
Each workout is about 10 minutes long, so it's super short though they are challenging - they're hiit workouts, so you get a lot of bang for you buck! There's also a calendar that goes along with it so you know which days to do what.0 -
You can check out Bikini Body Mommy on youtube. Her workouts are high intensity, last only 20-25 minutes (including warm-up & cool down).
The only way to reduce fat is to burn it off... if you want more tone in that area, you have to get rid of the fat first and do ab exercises.0 -

I would like to add for someone just starting out
Cardio Exercise
1) Walking
2) Access to gym - StairMaster
3) No access to gym - use the stairs @ school ground, museum or anywhere you find flight of stairs.
Good Abs are absolutely made in kitchen. Here is a fantastic link.
