    Sorry...forgot to reply! Drink plenty of water and Green Tea!

    Try eating a tonne of veg and fruit...it is a really horrible feeling, but your body will adjust to the foods you are eating and things will get better :flowerforyou:

    Fiber one oats and chocolate bars have been an lifesaver for me. I can't go without one a day.

    And, they're delicious! They are a treat!
