Teen male need to lose 40 kilos need friends and motivation

Hi, I'm an 18 year old male who put on 40 kilos over the last few years and am looking for motivation to stick to my diet and excercise plan.

    Welcome, feel free to send a friend request. Just a thought, maybe you don't have 40 kilos to lose, 15-18 is when guys start filling out so some of that weight is good, you just want to be healthy don't get fixated on a number.
  • You're right about that but my primary goal is to get to the healthy bmi of 25( I'm currently 32). But health comes first, I'll slow it down when I'm at a healthy body fat percentage.

  • More protein less carbs. Once you are working out a lot add in some carbs but not the sugars.
