Hello beautiful people of MFP: About to be in the car for the whole day (all 3 meals) and wondering what my caloric intake should be. I'm normally at about 2300 and am very active--crossfit/lifting 2x/days. Female, 23 y-o, 145 lbs trying to maintain/gain lean muscle.
Macro goal is also normally 30-40-30 C-P-F. How should that change for a road trip day?
Thanks and have a guilt free day.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much for just one day. just eat normally and normal portions.0

It's one day. Either eat the way you normally would, or eat a little less if you're not hungry because you have just been sitting the entire day.0
