does anyone have any recipes for drinks that help with bloating?! I've tried a couple detox teas but I'm curious if there are more recipes out there I can make at home??
Thanks guys :)

Agreed, water is your best bet. Herbal tea can be great and soothing too, I love licorice spice tea around TOM or when my stomach is upset and bloated.

    Some good ol H2O

I would save your money and skip the detox teas. Your body doesn't need a detox.

I've always found a little organic cranberry juice does wonders for the water weight. and it helps out your kidneys too. Just add a couple tbsp to a bottle of water.

I've never heard of any foods or drinks that stop bloating. There are supplement type things (like beano) that could help. Otherwise you could also look into figuring out what makes you bloated and eliminate it from your diet.

Water is always a good additon, however, you might take a closer look at what it is that is causing the bloating. If you are eating foods that cause you excess gas you might have a minor food allergy. Just because its healthy, doesnt mean its healthy for you and your body.
