Low self confidence

over the past 6 months my weight has really affected my confidence, I feel like I can't meet new people and get really self conscious in whatever I am wearing, my family hate that I won't let them take photos for 'memories' and I will avoid going out places because of how bad looking I feel- I really need help too shift about 2 stone? Big problem is that I already eat pretty healthy and I always have enjoyed healthy food I just have an incredibly bad motabolism, also I don't have time to work out (still a student and I have about 6hours of work a day after school so there isn't time for working out) - can anyone help? Any tips will be appreciated!

If that is your real picture, I think you look absolutely fine and healthy! :)

Your well being and mental state come way before wanting to workout although that helps.
