Does anyone have any good diets They have followed that were affective ?

  • i use the dash diet for a few weeks to cut out carbs and sugar. Now i log in everything and stay under 1200 cal a day. Working for me.

    I feel a lot for what I eat, which is just a varied diet of normal food in the right amounts (hitting the calorie goal set by myfitnesspal). Unless you have medical concerns, that is all you need.
