Hey All, my Name is Erica and my goal is to eat healthier, get fit, and lose 15 to 20 pounds before summer... I have been committed to this for about 4 weeks and lost 9 pounds so far! The first 7 pounds were lost by drinking losts of water, eating smaller portions and making healthier food choices for my 1st two meals. I've incorporated 10 to 15 minute workouts 5 days a week now for the last week. I'm determined to keep at it and would like to wish you all the best on your journey! Let's do this!!!
