Wheelchair exercise

I wish I still had the list I wrote up for an old neighbour of mine, she has cerebral palsy and was hoping to be able to walk again like she did before a spinal surgery gone wrong, but she decided exercising was not something she really wanted to do.

Do you mind me asking why you need the wheelchair? How much mobility do you have? Are you able to transfer from chair to floor and back again?

I also use a wheelchair to get around, but am able to walk at home. I'm a multiple amputee (missing both legs just above the knee and my left arm just above the elbow.)
