    I am addicted to gummy candies - particularly wine gums and sour cherry blasters. The most effective way to fight this is to keep them out of the house, however I will also buy the mini halloween-sized packs and eat half (and share the rest with my kids). I don't drink alcohol often - or wine, ever - so I can't really advise you in that respect lol. Just work a glass into your nightly calories - no need to restrict it completely :)

    Aw thank you :) I will do that, it's just so lovely with a meal! Keeping sweet things (for me it's chocolate, and I love to bake) out of the house definitely helps!

    That's my fave. I was enjoying lower sugar/calorie margaritas for a while...but only because we didn't have red wine in the house.

    Nothing beats a good red.

    Definitely! I tried switching to gin and slimline tonic when I'm out, but nothing beats a good red :)
