6 weeks in + progress pics

I'm Allison, and I joined MFP on March 28th. I've lost 14 lbs, but so far I haven't really noticed a difference when I look in the mirror. And no one has noticed my (small) loss yet. But I feel healthier and am making better choices for myself, and I notice that my clothing fits better.

I did not loose a pound last week, which was disappointing, so instead I took some progress pics* to keep me motivated. Guess what! I actually see a difference. Can you?

*first time posting pics... hope it works and that they are not huge.

    Congrats you can definitely notice a difference. The fact that you feel healthier and are continually making the healthier choices I think is what it's all about.

    That's not a small loss! You're already over half way to your goal in only 6 weeks. That's great!!! You can definitely notice the difference. Great job! Keep it up and you will be there in no time! :)

    YAY! That is a great difference!! If people don't notice then its because you are probably not wearing new clothes and that makes it hard to tell. Plus they don't see you half naked and that would help them see a difference. Girl you are as tall as me and already at almost my GOAL weight!! I was 152 last thursday's weigh in and I hope for a goal of 135 permanently

    Good job. You got to love this site, I'm just sitting all day and just checking my calorie intake and after 4 months I'm where I wanted to be :-)
