Activity level

I'm not clear on my activity level choice. When I input "sedentary" (I have a desk job) my daily caloric amount is only 750! I thought 1200 calories a day was the min one should eat. I workout 5 days a week (60 min each day-Zumba ), and when I add that in , my calories increase for the day. I almost feel I should change it to lightly active so I'm not just given 750 calories on my 2 break days. Any suggestions ?
