    I use a Fitbit every day. I have to be honest though. I rarely hit 7000 in a day. I do a lot of strength training that doesn't add to my steps but I still wear it every day. Feel free to add me.

    I literally force myself to hit my goal lol it's a little more than 7000 but any motivation I use usually gets me there :)
