I love this stuff...especially the black and blueberry. I see there are no artificial sweeteners and 0 calories....so what's the catch ? I see there are carbs in it (15 of them in one bottle). Anything else I should know? I have been drinking quite a bit of it. :drinker:

    It has some sugar alcohols in it like a lot of 0 calorie drinks. I have heard that alcohol intake (including sugar alcohols) hinders weight loss to a degree, but if you don't drink it in place of water, it should be alright.

    There is an apple and pear flavor that is SUPER refreshing. Its very crisp.
