    ahh I think you posted the wrong links ... post the IMG the last one on Photobucket then switch the capital lettered IMG to img lower case

    SO happy to announce my 23lb weight loss. I wish I could say it's been a hard road but, b/c of MFP and endless support it's been really fun. I started around 195lbs (height is 5'4") but claim to start MFP at 190lb. I am now in the 160's (167lbs) and it feels awesome. One big reason for my weight loss is my hubby. He decided to jump on the weight loss train with me and has gone from 225lbs to 195lbs (a 30lb weight loss)To celebrate let's look at some pictures....&HUBBY and ME (Jan. 2011) The holidays obviously got the best of us.

    You can tell you guys feel great about yourselves too!! That's great! My husband has lost weight too, he's gone down two pants sizes. I've lost ten pounds but still wearing the same pants (tho they are loose).

    Congrats on your weight loss!!!! Hope to follow your lead here!

    I think it's wonderful that the two of you could do this together. I've been on my weight loss journey for over a year, and I've had great success, but my husband, who desperately needs to get healthier to curb his diabetes, has yet to truly commit himself. Can I ask what you guys did together? I've asked mine to join me for workout videos and he hates them.
