I spent all winter figuring out a lifting routine for myself. I started with http://www.simplyshredded.com/the-ultimate-female-training-guide.html but quickly found that there were certain exercises I just didn't like. Ended up finding substitutes for them and now I love my routine.
And here's a healthy recipe I love. I am glad you posted this title summer is getting closer and I have been feeling discourage like it's too late because I was not as successful in Jan and Feb as I had hoped to be. This is going to be a great thread! Thanks for starting it. I feel like we do still have some time to get there. We can do it!0
