Plan your meals better. Leave some calories for the end of the day. If your really hungry, drink some water or eat something healthy. Tomorrow will be a better day.0

As long as you hit your cals/macro goal, it doesn't really matter when you eat. (except for getting protein within 1 hr after exercise for max benefit)0

When I'm hungry at night, I eat some carrots, cucumbers, or pickles. Sometimes I drink diet soda, too. Or eat a salad. There are tons of low/no calorie options. I also try not to eat after a certain time and I will brush my teeth at that time to make eating less convenient. If you are trying to lose weight, you will be a bit hungry at first. That's just how it is.0

I'm drinking whey protein shakes. .....it works sometimes. ........but I have cheeseburger dreams still0

Yeah......... I'm out of calories when I crave a cheeseburger. ......when I have extra calories from a hike or exercise. ...I don't crave junk food. ....funny how ur body works0

What have you set your weight loss goal at? Maybe it is too aggressive.0
-
1.5lbs a week. ....1780 calories a day0

Maybe you should dial it down a little. More like 1 or 1/2 pound a week. You are very close to your goal weight. This will give a little more calories per day.0

I've been doing so well.......if the cravings continue. ...I will0

Nothing like being HANGRY!! LOL0

What you've said in this thread is clearly demonstrating that you NEED to lower your goal already. Seriously, 15lbs out from your goal weight, losing 2lbs less a month isn't going to be the end of the world. IT will actually allow you to eat your cheeseburger in peace.0
