I've been losing the same 3 pounds over and over (lose it, gain it, lose it, gain it). At one point 6 years ago I was at 155 pounds and I felt really comfortable. I've gained back 20 of those pounds and now I'm attempting to lose them again. I am 46 and female. Do hormones play a big role? I know the older we get the harder it is to keep the weight off/maintain it. I had a few slips in my 35 days, but I wouldn't consider them big enough to keep cycling those 3 pounds! My diary is an open book in case anybody wants to take a look. I definitely drink water, I just forget to log it. Thanks. Laura:grumble:

Why the olive oil for breakfast ?

Because I've done Weight Watchers for years and that was the "greasing the wheel" mentality. All engines need oil to keep the parts lubricated, stuff like that. Plus, I ran out for a week and I realized that I was more hungry by lunch without the olive oil.

Yup, Oil slows down the digestive process. I would be more inclined to use Flax oil Gels as directed and perhaps turkey bacon with that. What do you do for exercise ? I'm not much good for giving advice for someone with such a low calorie intake. I ate your total calories yesterday for lunch ...lol

Typically I would have real oats (Not that instant stuff) with Fat free milk and some sort of fatty meat like turkey bacon or egg whites with a piece of fresh fruit and then hit the gym.
