Hi my name is Nadia Rice. I just started changing my diet yesterday and working out to Jillian Michael's 30 day shred my goal is to lose 60 lbs. Would appreciate friends to help motivated and inspire me! Thanks :)

    Hi Nadia Welcome I will send you a friend request. I have about 30 pounds to lose and could use motivation as well. I like the 30 day shred even though I have yet to make it through the whole 30 days. I don't like to work out at home which is why I have never gone the whole 30 days. I did sample all three levels. I love spin class and am training for my second 5k race. Don't really like to run but it gives me such a feeling of accomplishment once I am done. I know sounds crazy!!! Good luck in your life style change and hopefully we can be friends.
  • Thank you vada. I have been thru the full 30 day shred last year and even though I didn't stick with my diet I really seen results! I am ready for a real change now so I'm going all in :) thanks I hope we can be friends too!!
