10kg (22 pounds) gone and feeling good

I am celebrating today for two reasons- this morning I completed week 5 day 3 of C25K which is a 20 minute run. Then I hopped on the scales for my weekly weigh in and have lost exactly 10kg (22 pounds) in the 6 weeks I've been back on MFP. I started at 114.3kg (252 pounds) so have a lot to lose. I know it will slow down now, but it's been really encouraging to see such great results in the first 6 weeks.

That is awesome!! 22lbs in 6 weeks is amazing. I did the c25k before and had great results. I'm back to square one again but should get back to it.0

Thanks! You should definitely get back into it. I'm really enjoying it, I felt so good on my jog this morning. I do need new shoes though! I have tight Achilles and end up with shin splints when I try and compensate.0
