    Most people trying to achieve weight loss will normally be given a 50c/25p/25f ratio on average. Of course preference of what type ratios will depend on the person on what they feel will work best for them based on goals.

    just to elaborate some more:
    the macros (fat, protein, and carbs) are what contain the calories in your diet. Fat has 9 calories/ gram and carbohydrates and proteins have 4 calories/ gram. People set targets for their macros based off of their calorie intake. In ninebuffs example 50c/25p/25f, 50% of your calories are being provided by carbs, 25% by protein, and 25% by fat. You can adjust your ratio by going to goal, set goals, chose the custom goals option. Your calorie goal is listed at the top and you can adjust the % of each macro (hint: you will not see any change in the grams until you hit save and it calculates them out for you).

    The reason they are called "macros" is an abbreviation, in contrast to micro nutrients. We need a daily intake of several grams or hundreds of grams of Macronutrients like protein, fats, and carbohydrates. We need milligrams or micrograms of Micronutrients like vitamins C, D, selenium, and so on.

    Macro = Macronutrient

    Fats, Proteins and Carbohydrates. Some people like to count Fiber as a macronutrient although it's not an official one. Fiber helps you poop good.

    Micro = Micronutrient

    All the little vitamins like A, C, B, lmnop, iron etc. They all serve smaller functions in your body, but are still rather important. If you only consume macronutrients and no micronutrients your hair, teeth and fingernails will start to fall out, you'll feel like crap and eventually you will die. Dying is bad, mmkay.
